SkillSelect 189 invitation rounds
When the Department of Home Affairs runs an invitation round, it invites the highest-ranked EOIs to apply. Below is each round's official result: how many were invited, and the lowest points score invited for each occupation. These are subclass 189 (points-tested) figures. 190 and 491 State Nominated invitations come from the states, not these rounds.
What's a tie-break date?
Points decide who's invited first, but lots of people have the same score. When scores are tied, whoever reached that score earliest goes first. The tie-break date is the cut-off line: at the lowest score invited, people who reached that score on or before this date got in, while anyone later is still waiting. So a further-back date means the queue at that score has cleared deeper.
